I am struck here due to immigration. I am counting the days
Unless you're old enough to hopefully retire there (as I suspected of some people there), no reason to stay. Learn updated skills elsewhere before you are marooned to places like TIBCO or Cisco.
Remaining employees that remain must be brainwashed. Vista would never be able to sell Tibco. Time to bring a Gordon Gekko and sell the company in pieces. Nobody will buy it whole.
So many jobs out there right now. Dust off that resume!
