the useless ones were the managers — not all but most. over paid puppets who lied to customers and employees.

I mean, to be fair, sales people were pretty worthless already. Customer service pretty much handled all of the work along with sales managers.
Sure there were a few good ones, but most of them spent their time doing leisure activities while fielding the occasional customer complaint, albeit very reluctantly.
What was anyone else expecting ? Look at the loan they took… Then take inflation into account… the lawsuits.. Plus the revue stream of claw backing commission from the past can’t be used right now.

To the previous comment that’s bu-----t I was furloughed as a sales manager and I was doing all the work for lazy a-s reps who were at home sleeping making more money than me. F**K them I hope they get a massive pay cut!!
No one is working 10 hours and making a six figure salary. if you did then that's probably why you got furloughed.
I’m a furloughed rep and to be honest they finally caught on to us making over a six figure salary working 10 hours a week.
so if i understand this right , since “ on board “ customers would now be handed off to the florida people , there would be no commissions for sales ?

Rumor is they are turning the local reps into new business developers (where the 75k may be legit) and turning over all the other business to the phones.
so if i understand this , and i may be wrong: the florida call center people are getting 75k, not the old fashioned street reps?

This is real. Get use to the new normal coming to every branch near you. Sales people are now worthless and Florida telemarketing is pure GOLD.

i am a furloughed rep and i’ve heard nothing. I also heard nothing after being furloughed , so as far as i’m concerned, team meehan is still spreading the bull.

I heard from one of the few surviving reps that anyone who was furloughed is coming back and that they’ve screwed with the buckets and percentages so much you have to have gross sales of 500k + a month to even sniff a commission
