For those unvaccinated Altice is asking us to test and upload results on personal time. Under the DOL’s guidance, the issue really is whether “the testing is necessary for them to perform their jobs safely and effectively during the pandemic.” For those in direct contact with the public, it would seem that they meet that standard, meaning that they should be paid for the time.

If our useless union does not get involved I will be calling a civil lawyer to be compensated for each time I am testing myself outside of work hours. Repeat useless union better see a grevence repeat useless union.
Whoever injects you with something you don't want - just ej------e in his/her/its coffee when no one's looking.
Should be brought up to the Union then.
