I thought this year would be much better than the previous one but I was wrong. Chances are that this will be a completely different company next year. Unfortunately, not some better company but worse in every sense. I have no intention of wasting any more of my time here.

To be honest, it is just yet another large US corp. Same sh-t, different shade of brown.

@clm The most important aspect of any organization is its people. When the best and most capable people who have invested great efforts are no longer here, it will no longer be the same company.
Kit & Raghu were installed to ensure the spin out goes through and nothing radical occurs. Zero leadership at this point.
Yes, it has, it can, and it will. There is currently nothing in the cards for it to change, at least not until things really hit rock bottom.
