Anyone else experiencing extraordinarily longer wait for response from review than the "2 business days" with no further communication? Who wants to bet they'll ignore them until its past all 3 vaccine dates and say oh so sorry but you've been denied and out of a job... you'd think with how bad upper management and exec's are panicked screaming about getting the shot when over 8,000 people still aren't and that means 25% of the company would be forced out they'd be a bit more expedient.

This is so unamerican. Every company out there used to be required to respect individual rights and religious beliefs. Even multicultural, diverse companies were basically American. Heck, UP used to have the motto, "Building America". Not anymore.
Every day I pray to my god which is an eight legged goat that has superpowers of omniscience and omnipotence. UP declined my religious exemption, guess I’ll be getting the shot, bummer.
The "church" was bought by the government in 2001 using the faith based initiative.

In my neck of the woods the boys are finding different jobs and waiting to get fired. It’s going to get real here real soon. Those of us left are going to be working like mules being pushed to the limits. It’s hard to believe this day and age safety is out the window and the only people that matter are shareholders. It’s disgusting and dangerous. Hopefully the hamburger flipper guy doesn’t tell me to go work at McDonald’s!

You are not going to get a religious exemption. The heads of all the major churches have said there is no religious reason for not being vaccinated. Even Robert Jeffries who was one of Trumps biggest supporters said the Baptist faith cannot supporters a religious exemption as there is no scriptural support for it.
My manager said he didn’t care if I was one of the 12 apostles he was going to make sure I got the shot. Then he gave me a hot dog
