A lot of tech companies have adopted the December 8th U.S. gov mandate for federal contractors with more than 100 employees to have all employees vaccinated. Has Microsoft announced its requirement?

What proof is required? How closely is it scrutinized? Let's say for the sake of argument that I am able to obtain a fake vaccination card. Would it pass?
We’re getting the jab like everyone else. If you can’t handle that I wouldn’t come to Microsoft.
