I’ve been here for less than two years, and I feel like I’ve spent 20 years here and can’t wait to go. Every day I hope to get an offer. I would like to know what is it that makes someone spend a decade and more at UP? I can’t believe that someone likes working at UP so much or that they couldn’t have gotten a better opportunity somewhere else in 10 years.

2 year veteran crying lol. Go eat a hot dog.
The 2 years feels like 20 years is so true. If you have under 15 years right now you might as well forget retirement at Union Pacific. The company will either ki-l you with stress or put you in an undermanned situation that will get you hurt or ki---d. It saddens me when I think about what this company has become. They've created such a toxic work environment and ruined every ounce of loyalty they had in name of corporate greed.
You love working at Union Pacific !
$1.25…………….isn’t that the same price your mother charges for a bj?
You can find a job selling hot dogs at the safety feeds for $1.25 an hour
It wasn’t always this bad and now I’m old and have a lot invested into the retirement. I would love to leave but know finding a job that would match railroad retirement is hard
For my 10 anniversary my manager gave me a jumbo hot dog
