What do we all think of our new Chief People officer.. do we really think he will be able to save Citrix?

Historically, HML has made the departments he works with profitable and his immediate team appears motivated. I only hope that trend continues.. I don't really know his strategies or what he does to accomplish that, but keeping my job and following someone that can make us money is good by me. I don't work in corporate america for the warm fuzzy feeling I get for all the good we do...

That CCO is a complete as-ho-e and is the nastiest subhuman you will ever meet. How can he be the new CCO??? Behind closed doors he must get on bended knee and do whatever his seniors want him to do including things most moral people would find revolting .

They really need to focus internally on their people rather than starting with promoting someone to be a chief customer officer. Employees are miserable. It shows to customers that employees are not happy. Citrix is so screwed up.
I think that one is the new chief customer officer. No matter it was selected, curated and mentored by DH so can you expect anything else but the same executive EVP/SVP/GVP/XVP incompetence.
sh-trix is really lost and is coming to an end.
