Corporate is onsite telling us how to schedule work… taking us backwards…. Any other L10’s feeling the pain. What a joke

After 2 years of forcing ANDV sites to adopt MPC policy and methods, some corporate SMEs are finally admitting to us that they are looking at changing some things back towards how ANDV did them because they make more sense.
Why they couldn't have done that 2 years ago is mind boggling. Too much pride and bravado in MPC - too bad ANDV can't secede. Obvious that half of corporate creates busy work to try to keep their job and hierarchy.
MPC is run like a family business, although one that the founding member has left to his incompetent kids to run.
Andeavor was built from essentially the ground up and learned lessons along the way.
