GE Greenville has lost so many experienced people due to VRIPS that more and more quality and design problems have resulted. BUT, getting rid of those salaries looked good on someone else's metric. Some leader that got a "numbers" bonus has already laughed their way to a new role. GE Greenville continues to be plagued with gas turbine problems. Currently GE Greenville is trying to hide serious flaws from customers. Let's see how long GE can lie to it's customers. The problem for GE Greenville it that it has treated so many employees bad for so many years that many GE Greenville employees went to work for GE's customers. Karma is not always fast. But Karma always wins.

GE has not been associated with Quality for decades now. Anybody who thought it did is old and dead. Those living, know better.
What a clown show we have going on lately in here. Layoffs, people getting fired t rates moving up the ranks by brown nosing.
@bdu, GE must create all the clown-clone leaders from the same cookie cutter. Greenville is swarming with them. New org charts, new initiatives.... Same dung, different day.

Same here in Schenectady everything we make is also junk. Also we have clueless “leadership” walking around not knowing what they are looking at. One cell leader was so overworked and overwhelmed he basically got fired from his position. They are going to close one of the 2 places there are no engineers who know the methods or products. The ones who wrote the formulas they forced out the door.
