Don't want the vaccine? Make them change the rules! How? Hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Don't let them hit their monthly revenue goals, everyone call out sick everyday the last week of the month! (10/25-10/29) show them that they will be screwed if they go forward with this plan and fire us all. Stand up for yourselves or give in and lose your freedom of choice. WE THE PEOPLE still run this place... They need us more than we need them!

BCA is not a good place to work. Too many people just doing the bare minimum to get by. It’s like the government. People don’t have a clue about what they are supposed to do. They get moved around all the time. Sit around what their Netflix all day. It’s an absolute joke. And where is Boeing going? 747 is done next year, no one wants 777x. It’s a ship going down slowly but surely. It’s so boring. 10 day rate and they still can’t build a plane on time.

To those who rejoice the vax. Wait until you are on the other side of the table. You are clinging to those jobs, but look - Boeing will start laying off again - BOEING IS NOT MAKING MONEY, BOEING IS STILL LOSING MONEY. Look at Boeing stock. Look at order backlog. Come on, wake up and find better jobs. I was laid of in 2020. Since then my income has gone up about 40%. I work for the company that is WAAAYYYY better than Boeing. Leave on your terms, find better jobs, and do not come back to BA.
PTO has to be approved. Mandate is Federal, Boeing must comply to keep fed contracts streaming. Stop reading Facebook and get your jab. Quit and you lose your gravy train.

I am getting my resume ready so I can apply to those jobs that many people will lose come Dec 8th.
We don’t have sick days anymore, just take PTO for a week. No rules about Doctor notes, just take days off that are legally yours to take.
All Boeing employees now receive PTO in lieu of sick leave or vacation. You may call in pretend sick and it doesn't matter. And good for those who manage to steal some time from here as Boeing has no problem requiring mandatory overtime without pay.
Calling sick without being sick is stealing. I am vaccinated and would love to work for Boeing one day !

Call in sick all week that week so they can get used to doing the job without you.
Granted, you haven't been doing much work anyway, so they are probably used to it by now.
Then, when they fire you on Dec 8, no one will even miss you.
