It's all NewRez. As soon as Sanjiv stepped down it was game over. NewRez is not a company I would want to work for. They lowered bonus of several departments.
Many have resigned recently. Not the same Caliber since New Rez merger. Caliber was known for excellent customer service in the mortgage origination process. Apparently New Rez has different ethics.
