How many who are employed at RJ are still trying to get out? The pressure to meet deadlines is crazy especially with very few resources. I’m just trying to keep a low profile while continuously looking. There are a lot of us who are just doing the bare minimum and management can see it - but what can they do? Most of us are no longer willing to put in the extra effort that we did before. What a horrible company this has turned into.

I "escaped" about 3 months ago. I won't lie I was milking things. I was at RJ for many years and used to have the proper work ethic until I saw and experienced how not to treat people. I got my monies worth out of RJ.
