It’s possible she saw something nefarious going on and was worried she could get in trouble. She got out for her own safety and security.
Looks like a post was deleted per request from the CEO. If only the company details were watched as closely as this forum. There should be a focus on the women who are leaving yet when it comes up it's downplayed. So facts only about women leaders. No names or additional comments so it can remain posted. Think of how many strong women leaders we lost when senior women left these positions within the last 18 -24 months: CFO, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Information Officer, three (3!) senior merchants, chief digital officer (twice!), chief transformation officer, chief communications officer, chief belonging/ESG officer, SVP Retail Experience and who knows who else. Wow; that's a lot of churn. Can they really all be explained away? And how may others left because of this example?
They leave when the company is falling apart or if they're being asked to do things that could get them in trouble later. If they run to another failing company, that shows how bad it it. Like when the Sears execs went to Pier One and David's Bridal.
Should be out of the frying pan and into the fire ...
Despite the love he’s on his third CFO. Somethings wrong for sure.
