CVS took everything that was good about Aetna and twisted it around until it became unrecognizable. I can't believe how quickly the culture managed to deteriorate as much as it did. I prayed not to be laid off when the acquisition was announced, but now I think those who were cut were the lucky ones.

Well the answer is go the HR can complain. There is no retaliation and everything is confidential. Now if you believe that then when Xmas comes there will big 50 LB bar of gold underneath your Xmas tree. You know when someone in management is lying is when their lips are moving. If you noticed both CEO's of Aetna and CVS retired and ran to the bank with their millions and millions of dollars. Gee do you think they will have to work another day in their life. But I do believe in Karma and all the management that gave their friends favors like bigger bonuses and raises and the employee's that did their job got nothing. The management that did not do right by their direct reports and took advantage of the situation will pay for it and it probably will not be pretty. We will probably not know about it and I am one that does not want to know about their fate.

This is in reply to all Aetna people took over that is false. CVS took over replaced many leaders with poor leadership people which are CVS people. CVS fired many season Aetna works with over 25 years. You obvious don't know nothing about healthcare. I used to worked there.

It’s funny because all the Aetna people took over it’s gotten worse. Go look at the cvs corporate leadership page. Most of those people are from Aetna. It’s weird because CVS corporate has always looked down at store teams and treated us like sc-m but it really is worse now than ever….
Cutting costs is the only thing CVS knows how to do.
