Usually, we know ahead of time. In the least, there are some rumors circulating. This time I didn't even know it happened until I read it here. Was this a really limited round and that's the reason why there was no chatter before and after it? I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried about this.

Services Pursuit & Services Sales got hit hard. New Pursuit & Sales leader was put in place a few months ago. She has no clue. She could not or would not negotiate and protect her people. Very unfortunate. Moral is very bad right now. No more motivation to do the right thing for those of us that are left. I lost the best boss I ever had; thanks to Karen....I can't wait to retire. 2 weeks notice is all you will get, if that!
These same RIFs have been around for DECADES (since Carly showed up.) You not knowing about them just shows that they are often just small cuts or not affecting your group. I know it gnaws at your but you have to just roll through them. They will always happen.
