BIG Changes Coming to SA Sales Structure in November!

Hang on to your hats, if you're in SA Sales. Everyone from RSD level and up were required to sign a strict NDA, all meeting in early November to finalize what Sales will look like, but something big is coming to the structure.

It is true. NDA's were signed no matter who tells you they were not. Deep cuts are coming to outside sales from the individual contributor level up through the RVP level. Cutting the number of outside regions down again, moving more TAM accounts to the Inside Team, cutting down the number of TAM's and RSDs, ... same song, next verse.

If you think this is a rumor, save this string and come back to it once this all takes place, then ask yourself who was telling the truth.

Well…..Staples Leadership does have a history of doing the opposite of what makes sense. I don’t think they even know whats going on with the business or how to approach growth.

This ship is taking on water and will soon be on the bottom of the Atlantic!

From my sources, this is false for now. We have to wait til end of year numbers for Feb layoffs.

Would it really be the worst thing on the world if they sold? Maybe employee's would be treated like humans again and not machines. Maybe there would be leadership that valued the one asset that makes or breaks a company (employee's). Maybe it would be a fun place to work again and the moral would be positive and happy again. Maybe, just Maybe there could be a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

I guess time will tell. I've spoken to 2 RSDs that I'm close with. Both said they don't have a meeting in November, and neither have signed a separate NDA. I'm going to believe people I trust more than some anonymous person that made this post. I just can't buy that they are going to cut us anymore. Let's hope I don't end up eating my words. knocks on wood
