That some folks are clueless on why the others are leaving, is partly the reason why those others are leaving! So many ostriches at Citrix, happily unaware of the deep mess Citrix is in. You are just happy that the ship is afloat (for now). Not caring which way it’s headed, who’s guiding it there, and who’s plugging leaks to stop it from sinking.
If ignorance is your bliss, continue to live in it!
In my department we are understaff and with new extra responsibilities. In turn people leave, which causes more work and then backfills are frozen. Then add the poor job by the company in general and the better job market.
As a poster mentions below that Citrix is a house of horrors. Do you expect people to stay?
