@5uko+1dpM4LMZ "Billions of vaccinations have been given worldwide Statistically it is a huge success"

You are correct. However, let me remind you that stats always look great when they happen to other people, but not when they happen to you. So let's talk about stats.

Yes, for older or sick people the Covid-19 could be a death sentence. Based on the stats, it is riskier for those people to be unvaccinated. It is recommended for people in this group to be vaccinated.

What about young and healthy people? The stats show minimum risk of dying of Covid-19. Lesser than the risk of developing a side effect from a vaccine. Should they be vaccinated?

What about the people who recovered from Covid-19? Studies show these people have a better and longer immunity than vaccinated. Even better, as they beat the disease, they know the chances of dying from Covid-19 is actually zero, which is lesser than the chances of developing a side effect from a vaccine. Should they be vaccinated?

We are talking about stats, but I have a question regarding the stats. How can I trust the stats provided by the American Government when I don't trust the American Government, nor the CDC? For example, how is possible that Pfizer added a side effect (Bell's Palsy) to their vaccine in Canada and not in the US? Both countries are using the same vaccine, from the same manufacturer, and the vaccine should produce the same stats and side effects in both countries. So is it that a country with a population 10 times smaller than America had more cases of Bell's Palsy? Or is the CDC/VAERS reporting lying to us?

Taking or not the shot may end or change a life forever. This kind of decisions should be let to each individual. Therefore, I find a mandate insulting. Not only it removes my power of decision about my own life, stomps on my personal rights and takes away my freedom, but it also bears the question that if we allowed it now, what will we be forced to do next?

I am just trying to understand the mindset behind the vaccinated urging others to do the same, even being accomplices of how the government trashes our rights. Do they think they are at risk because someone next to them is not vaccinated? Even when CDC admits that vaccinated can spread the virus as much as unvaccinated? Even when the vaccine reduces the chances of hospitalization or death?

Is it ignorance that made our current POTUS to say in the same speech "We’re going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers" while repeating several times "the vaccines provide very strong protection from severe illness from COVID-19"? If the vaccine truly offers protection, why does the government have to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated?

Why do the “protected” need to be protected from the unprotected by forcing the unprotected to use the “protection” that didn’t protect the “protected” in the first place?

"Everyone understands that Ford does not have a vaccine mandate? Why so feisty over something that has not happened?"

Because it's fully expected to be coming, and they even said in the initial noticed that this was "the first step in complying with the federal mandate". The best time to deal with problems is when they're still small, not after they've become large and unmanageable. A government that seeks to enforce it's internal policies by resorting to force, either physical or economic, is one that has lost it's way. And that is something to get feisty about.

Next Brandonites will be blaming cancer deaths on the unvaccinated because their refusal kept Brandon from working on curing cancer like he promised.

Been busy but did go to the border, he says. In 2008 , but it fact checks true so they eat it up.

If the former president had responded better, making and vaccination would no have become political. We would be working together to fight the spread of COVID 19. He blew it in the beginning and now we are all paying for it.

One has to wonder what the level of rabid hate the "vax or leave" crowd and the "experts" would be at had the previous president been re-elected and issued the same mandate.

Once the OSHA rules are finalized, Ford will have to follow them. You can't sue Ford for compliance to OSHA requirements.

Voter ID ….that’s oppressive , we will protect you

Mandatory vaccine….you’re too d-mb to decide , we will save you.

Be prepared for the flood of down votes …like children in an elementary school playground , except you can sometimes reason with a child.

All in the name of liberty

“If you don't like the possibility of mandates, noone is stopping you from quitting and finding another job.”

Except an entire political party is actively trying to stop you from finding another job if you don’t fall in line.

My friends and colleagues - if you do not resist this mandate and you cave to the pressure they apply out of fear of losing your job, there are serious consequences:

  1. The resistance of the rest of us is weakened
  2. You co-sign whatever comes next. Maybe in 3 months, they will mandate the booster. Maybe they will mandate it every 3 months. Then, what other medical decisions will they start making for you? Will they mandate the flu shot? When will it stop? What other aspects of our lives will they start asserting control over?

Have you ever known a powerful entity that seized control only to give it back? Do you trust these leaders to do that? What about the next ones?

The key to the power they hold over us is in our inability to stick together. The unions know how to do it, but the rest of us are on our own.

The key to taking that power back is following the guiding light of our convictions. This isn’t about this one shot. This is about asserting our sovereignty over our own bodies and resisting government and corporate management of our personal decisions. In short, this is about liberty.

Be a paperwork pain and stickler for understanding, in writing, all the liability and associated insurance issues. To be honest, it's only fair that you understand who you need to go through if various things go wrong, and what your health insurance (and as well as the D&D ones if applicable).

"This is an "At will" employment state. You or your employer can terminate for no reason."

Did this sound rationale apply to those who have and are successfully suing Ford for age discrimination originating from the 2019 SRD?

This is an "At will" employment state. You or your employer can terminate for no reason. Unless you are in the entitled UAW you have no recourse. If you don't like the possibility of mandates, noone is stopping you from quitting and finding another job.
