San Diego park Union incoming

Since the park is screwing over those still furloughed and those still working at the park they have left the door open for a union to walk in. There isn’t enough management here to even notice. I know dozens of people have been meeting outside of work to get this rolling. This happens and I know a strike will result due to the poor working conditions.

Another lawsuit? Another payoff? More allegations?

Is anyone truly surprised by a company also charged with securities fraud and insider trading? It seems that the only constant you can expect at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is unethical decisions and leadership.

I am normally anti-union, but SEAS employees desperately need one to get through to S R.

Union isn’t going to do a thing.

Most of the people with common sense went and got different jobs. So many vacancies with higher pay.

At some point, sticking around is on you and not the company.

Well they did just pay out a $2250000.00 class action lawsuit in SWSD. About 8 different violations. Corporate denies allegations, they have no idea how screwed up Supervisors and Managers are. But they just keep paying off people.
