I apologize if this is perhaps off-topic because I see that vaccine mandate is currently in focus.__I didn’t come to UP that long ago and yesterday I learned from a colleague that he had been furloughed five times over the years. I couldn't believe it. Is it possible that there are people here who have been furloughed so many times?

Multiple furloughs, Cr boards, unemployment benefits, sleeping in cars, showering at gyms, multiple moves, unpaid claims, the agreement says this "but" the company does what they want, missed holidays, birthdays, funerals and weddings.
Take a experimental dr-g that doesn't prevent or stop the spread of a virus with a less than 1% Death rate for my demographic to keep your job?

Just wait until you get furloughed after getting the shot just because you wanted your job back!

Yes. This happens all the time, with all the railroads. It mostly happens in your first 5-10 years, but has happened to others with more seniority. The truth is you are a temporary employee with this organization, subject to be let go or furloughed at any time.
