Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

Keeping marketable and keeping skills sharp

I hear more and more that people who have been in GE for a long time are less marketable, not only because they are older, but also because their skills are no longer sharp. Why do some people think that the problem is not only with the employees and their commitment and will for continuous learning, but that GE shares some of the blame for skill atrophy of their employees?

@1dpc+1dnf7g98 I'm sure those same people would like to see some sort of identifier on the clothing of an unvaccinated individuals. Maybe something like an easily seen yellow six pointed star. They will believe it's for the safety of all so they will be all for it. Maybe later we can put them all on a train and send them someplace away from all the vaccinated. You know, until somebody in the government comes up with some sort of final solution. If anybody ever wondered who's side they'd be on back in the 30's and 40's..... now they know.

Notice the way that people are already dehumanizing people for not taking the vax. Makes me glad I am against the mandate
