I've been hitting a wall for the past few months in my job search. I only managed to land one interview and a lot of ghosting. I thought this was the best time to leave Cognizant considering the job market conditions but apparently, I was wrong. I just don't understand where all the people who I see leaving each week are going. I doubt they're quitting without having first secured a new position.
