I know at least a few people if not more are quitting soon at hour store due to hours, team commission, rude customers all day etc. Anyone else seeing this? If this happens everywhere it is really going to hurt Verizon right before holiday season

Sometimes I think Hans himself is commenting on these posts! Lol Hilarious if anyone actually believes any of this stupidity
I walked out after getting yelled at again a couple days ago. Not worth the headache anymore with the team commission and terrible hours. From what I heard, there were several more that week.
Prob bc they train the new hires in 2.0 and then when they get to the floor, managers make them use 1.0 to do quotes. It doesnt make sense. Thats why the new hires are lost and dont want to be here for long.
Who is talking BS? Lol. I know of 3 at one store. Heard of three at another store quit this week. Need to wise up. They cant even keep the new hires that they are getting and then it takes months to train them before they would even be decent on our garbage systems :)
nobody is leaving verizon. look around, you are overpaid in the market
It's funny to watch. They know they're going to lose a lot of people. And they know the mandate (which hasn't even been officially communicated by OSHA) is malarkey (otherwise they would not give the one group that deals with the public the longest time to comply). But they are going to use the employees they're more than willing to let go in order to get through one more holiday season. Yeah, they care.
If you haven't been watching the news, this is happening everywhere. The Great Resignation.
If did happen would be a great opening to close some more stores for the company. Sr Leadership drooling for this!
You're not scaring verizon by typing some BS. Even if did happen, store closed and temp fixed. It's not a big deal.
The majority of the stores in our district, from the whispers I am hearing, the majority of reps and managers are planning on leaving the week before Thanksgiving without notice. All at once, together. They won't have us through the holidays.
