Thanks to layoffs, some of us no longer have to worry about the seeswaw effect and it is glorious. Must suck for some of you, especially those with leaders who have two faces and only pretend to have your back. Just mind your time till you get laid off or a recruiter steals you. Both are better options than staying in the land of toxicity.
In college I took a Shakespeare Improv 101 course. Never thought in my life that I could apply this course in real life office situations….until now.
Don't leave on your own. Slack off and get your go away dollar before they run out.
This place is a dump.
This place is toxic. But oil prices are up and the job market is picking up. I think some will be jumping ships soon.
Many of us know our jobs can be replaced by cheaper remote workers but fortunately our management types are too scared to let go of the butts in seats mentality. Who says old ways of working doesn't pay?
