Confident leaders will surround themselves with the best, and people that will give you the best and smartest advice, without feeling threatened. Leaders that are not confident, in this case for valid reasons, aka the performance of the company, will surround themselves with yes people. He is making them rich beyond what they thought was possible.
I believe MM is from high school. CB was best man. KN was college roommate. Rumor is that TY, recently left, was godfather. There’s probably more.
