Any thoughts on how Shell is going to implement work flexibility following the return to premises across different functions?

You must go to the office. Your manager needs to see you genuflect in person before her/him/them. A god is not a god without worshippers. Right, Col Kurtz? The most powerful people at Shell respond to, demand, ego st-----g. They have been in their protective shell so long they have lost touch with reality. And it is taking its toll on Shell. Time for a real shake up, not the make believe Mis-shape we all just went through. Get rid of the dead weight at the top. This is a weak company with valuable assets and smart people. Any bidders? (Sit down, CNOOC!)
I got promoted while working from home I don’t know who is slacking but we’re working
To those working from home. Get your a-s to work, or find a new job. Big Ben is looking to divest your assess. Play time is over
They are forcing everyone back to the office, it doesn't matter what employees say, they ask for your opinion but really don't care. They will start slowly and gradually increase it until they have everyone back 5 days a week. They do not care about how much happier, healthier, less stressed and more productive employees have been working from home. They do not care that employees are loving having this extra time to spend with their families by to commuting 2, 3, sometimes 4 hours a day to and from the office.
We were told we don’t have to go in do you all think it will be forever remote ? I would like to move to nicer place than NOLA and work remote if I could.
Shell "European GODS" have ki---d Shell Canada. All employees hate their bosses and their lack of backbone towards unrealistic European objectives. Its time to sell remaining Shell Canada assets to a REAL COMPANY that cares about people. Royal Dutch Shell sucks!
Once they mandate all workers get vaccinated what is reasoning for staying home?
Shell is leaving the US. Use the flexibility to work from home to apply and interview for other jobs. Once in the office it will be impossible
At first, they want an average of 40% in the office/ 60% at home. Then they will ramp it up sometime in 2022 to 60% office/40% from home. From there, it's up in the air.
what is the future of IT Finance Accounting Project Managers Analysts. if everyone is working from home?
Is this a strategy to weed out the slackers
Is this perm?
They will find ways to terminate to avoid paying severance or ship you to a new location. Best of luck to you
