Network manager doesn't want to discuss any technical details. Actually believes they only manage on paper, no need for details. Anyone else have a manager like this?

Pretty much covers every manager in the region where i work - don't think it's so much a case that they don't want to discuss technical details as it is they have no clue what the technical details are, let alone how to discuss...
Paper? More like death by Fuze. I could launch a dozen 5g cities and still get written up for having a single Fuze date wrong.
