Apparently D&an credibility dpt has had the hammer laid down on them by the FTC? Anyone else hear this? Years of shady practices encouraged by leaders finally catching up. They should probably clean house up top in that dpt after something like that- but instead the lower level sales rep will probably be the ones who suffer the most. They are always the scape goats

As I recall DnB credibility was spun off as a separate entity quite some time ago, and allowed to keep the branding. Then 5-6 years ago DnB bought them back to try and mitigate the damage they were doing to the brand. Look up the DnB Credibility Corp management team, they are the real villains (and the ones who profited.
Happened well before the new leadership group took over. They had full knowledge of the investigation and worked with the FTC to address. This current team was responsible for fixing the issue, not creating it.
They made it up of course.
I am curious for the details. As a lower level I am worried how this will affect me. I have not heard or seen anything recent. Things have not been great, but I felt a little secure in my job at the moment. Where did you hear this?
