I was looking at last months commission numbers and found an anomaly. As a store we had 14 deacts. I researched and found that 4 of the deacts were upgrades. So we don’t get paid on upgrades but if they deact they go against out new line quota.? What is up with that ?

How can a deac be an upgrade? If you’re disconnecting lines to get an upgrade you can get fired on the spot!
What would the class action be for? No action can be taken if it never made a difference in pay. I suspect that is the reason why there hasn’t been a change. Employees don’t complain about quota anymore because they know it makes zero difference to our pay.
Where all the class actions at?
I’ve been complaining about this for the last six months and each month the manager said if it makes no difference in your commission check don’t worry about it. He is correct the number of lines never made a difference but that is not the point !!! This company has gone absolutely bat sh@t crazy.
