Is it hard to get a job at JPMC again after quitting? I quit a little less than half a year ago and would come back, but I don't believe it will be easy or that I would get the same pay I had when I left. I know that I will mostly get advice here not to go back and look for something better, but my situation now is such that it would be more convenient for me to come back here. Anyone with similar experience?

I came back like the king I am in hoorah go chase!!
Hmph. I see nothing wrong with it. Who cares how you look? People do whatever is best for you. If you can, do it.
Why you wanna crawl back like a beat up dog ? You will look bad behind people’s back, you know lol
If you come back you will be look like a peon
If you left the company on friendly terms, you can definitely make a come back. I've seen this happen more than once. If you intend to go back to your old team/old manager, this is largely a question for the manager - how they saw you while you were here, how capable they think you are and whether you are a good fit for their team now. JPMC moves at a fast pace, so things might have changed a lot from the time you were here.
Its more common for people to fall forward and go elsewhere if the next gig didn't work out. Most people I know would never want to come back here.
I totally understand. I recently came crawling back to my former company for a position and the smugness of, "Well, we have many interviews, so depending how those go, we'll let you know ". Ack.
Coming back to old company translates to I left for something far better and failed miserably, please, please, I’m begging you to take me back, I’ll do anything and even take a pay cut.
Nobody in my group has completely quit JPMC and come back. 99% of the time people quit because they hate their job, so you’ll have to come up with a really good explanation for why you quit.
Bully’s s#ck. I hope everyone sees that JP Morgan has a bully working for them. How horrible for that intern to have that happen to him.
I don’t know, but you could ask this guy…. He worked at JP Morgan, then went to GS, then got rehired back to JP Morgan….

Make sure you don’t work for a bully. They seem to like working at banks.
