Of course, I didn't think this was the best of all companies, but I thought I would be able to learn a lot more stuff here than I've learned in the last year and a half since I came here. Enbridge is one big disappointment.

Instead of having, 30 yrs experience, too many employees, both in management and below, have 3 yrs experience x 10. No growth due to both employee complacency and company culture.
I've had tons of challenging projects and added lots of skills to my resume. Plus promotions. You might have a cr---y leader. Try other roles
What skills did you hope to improve? And were they skills the company needed?
Sometimes the company doesn't really need the thing the employee wants to do...
Many people will tell you that their skills have atrophied while working here.
