I recently bought a pack of Nordstrom brand mens large white t-shirts from the Rack. I’ve worn the house skivvies for many years to good effect, but these are paper-thin, comical. After one wash they look like a size small. Why would I ever set foot in a Rack again after this scandal? I am deeply traumatized and a mess of nervous shakes and stutters from this. Please advise.

Doesn't sound very kaizen... have you checked the data?
Here's your answer: NPG product developers don't know the first thing about product development.
Go to to a social media site and post your issues for a ....oh wait you did that.
They should have Jeff Kaas take a look at this very real problem....
