I’m staying, 15 years in. Last 2 times there was turbulence like this there were great opportunities for those that saw us through. We have the right products and misjudged where we would be this year and are paying the price. I look forward to the next 15 years in.

LOL RSU's got it once as a heres a bone. Honestly my sanity is worth more than the money. My health is worth more. F*ck that. I am out as soon as I can. I am going to get my certs renewed and leaving this place until they turn their sh-t around. Upper management is so disconnected enjoying their pay day and bonuses.

Citrix is the highest paying employer in the Ft Lauderale area. period. People are handcuffed there. When I was a director at sh*trix a couple of years ago my base was in the 180's... I had MANAGERS working for me and they were in the 140's... Had another person in the 130's who was a non manager.

Staying - chaos is a ladder.

As with other respondents the RSUs are making the decision more difficult, but I am edging towards "Out"... Been here a long time too - whilst the idea that a "Package" might come along I'd rather get off at the port than when the ship sinks.

Why do you think the company has an obligation to pay package? Especially when it is not doing well financially.

Seriously, why would you leave, wait for the package. That's my advice, what ever package it is, it is better than nothing.

Everyone in sales roles or +3y of service, should stay.

Unlike someone who is holding 600K (probably a long timer), for me the RSUs are worth <50K, were 80K a couple quarters ago. It’s an easy decision for me. Plus with the rate the stock is going down, I think they won’t be of much value for me .

Undecided. Right now, I would like to wait until April to exercise some RSUs. Thats the biggest reason to stick around... If the layoff come sooner, then the package should be good too.

If everyone leaves there will be no one left to layoff

“Good company, good potential, good people, clueless leaders”
This intrigues me no end. How the eff do you get a good company with good potential, if the leaders are clueless?? Do you truly believe a company with absent leadership will succeed, just coz the engineers bang out quality code?
Wishing you the best, ostrich. I, for one, am outta here.
