If you manage to hire someone for 11 or 13. They will leave you in 2 days to a week because they will get a call back from a $15 an hr job. You'll stay understaffed until you shutter your last door unless you make some big changes...

Right it depends on location and sometimes the position. Still low for putting up with Macy’s. Would like to hear more on this Trader Joe’s talk I have not heard anything from my many store contacts at least not yet.
Most Macy’s store do not start at 15.00 an hour. Maybe they do in cities where it’s been passed as minimum wage but mosst Macy’s start at 9.00 an hour
Not sure where you get your information from but Macy's does hire at $15hr....based on experience more in some stores.
they are making changes.. to older staff.. by firing them
plus they are trying to ruined trader joes by buying it..
