I would gladly agree to a lower pay, just to be in a company where managers really inspire employees to be more productive, rather than constantly reminding them that they should be happy to have a job at all.
No, I can't be happy to have a job, when I'm maximally exposed to bad energy and stress at that job.

Rember this,Altice is the number 1 company on this site.There is a culture of fear,only if you let them get to you. Alot of us left last year over 40, 20 plus year employees. This is a dead end job at this point,you will be laid off at some point,this is something you must accept, stocks are at the lowest in years. All i can tell you is there is more to life than this company.Contract labor is what they want. they just laid off the finance team in the city.Projections of 20,000 plus subs leaving,which he blames on the weather, and kids going to school,.I would get out ASAP
