I am afraid that this company has long been a lost cause and that it is unrealistic to expect any improvements here? Their only focus is on how to make savings, cut expenses, and it seems that everything has become an expense for them. There is no more serious talk about growth and success at all.

And the executives cash in their RSUs no matter how bad the company is doing. So they don’t really reward performance. The ELTs compensation is not tied to revenue growth. Go figure that out…
It's only an expense unless you're an executive. There's always millions of stock options available if you are an executive. That's why TDC has a hard time to compete since the better companies are giving more benefits like stock options and large bonuses to the employees.
