I've noticed recently that some people are being fired for ridiculous things. Small mistakes that many, many people have made before without any repercussions and suddenly they've turned into fireable offenses. Now I'm at the point where I see being laid off with severance as a good option. That's where we're at.

The place is a sh-t show. The layoffs that were done at the start of Covid were shameful---done over the phone in a group setting--cold, unprofessional--horribly executed. Treated like criminals. It sounds likes it only downhill from there.
