Anyone else hear that significant raises for technicians are on their way for those that stay after the covid shot mandate?

I heard it will be 7 to 12% for most technicians and recent new hires will get about 5%
I heard about “large” market adjustments for some Design/Engineering roles.
My guess is it barely or doesn’t even beat inflation.
