We are hearing about people being moved around the shop in 273 to positions that have never been posted! What’s this all about, more favoritism to save someones job

Take a look at postings. The protection and hiding is happening.
I saw a t get moved from the assembly line to the bathroom cleaner that’s all that their skill would allow them to do. That’s what a D-9 rate use to be anyways is a T 21 rate. Let the t’s get laid off

Being excluded from the team lineup of a bunch of loser just gives you an opportunity to seek out a team of winners. Kind of like being told there's not enough room for you in the car full of cool kids and then a hour later they drive the car off a cliff. Exclusion can be a good thing in the long run. Don't judge things with envy in the moment.
