I give them the wrong info on purpose. I’ll NEVER train my replacement. It’s cool anyway , these guys think there smart . All they do is throw high pads in problem legs and move on. It’s really just job security. I bet the high transmit report is worse than ever ?

I seriously dont know how you guys sleep at night, NOBODY can be this d-mb THE CONTRACT EXPIRES IN december . They can do and will do what they want. The job here is done, You must accept it or your only fooling yourselves. They do not want you.Some one quits truck is sold.Do yourselves a favor and start doing your homework. If you dont realize Pep boys has more employees than you. Union cant do anything be cause there is not enough of you,What are you going to do go on strike,good luck with that, Wake up be fo-e its to late.

ehhhhhhh they can't lay you off to hire contractors. they can lay you off though if work slows down or if you suck as a tech.....they can easily back fill the work to the suckers left and hire contractors after a year.
Except layoff inhouse and keep contractors
