It seems in Tech organization “speaking” is the most wanted skill to grow. People who work their a-s off to clear sh-t are always overlooked. Also I always take care of my friends - you know what I mean :-)

True. It is truly annoying to see incapable people grow by just having right networks while the real hardworking heroes are overlooked just because they were not “visible”. This is a catalyst for most of the people to leave.
Fully agreed. Within Tech organization anyone just need to look at top 3 layers with a neutral & fair lense to get connections / relationships.
Not really a fair environment. My advise: Dont waste your time.
