A mandate is not law. As Americans, we have the freedom to choose, regardless of your position on the vaccine. This mandate violates our Constitutional rights and the Nuremberg Code. The current vaccines are experimental and still under the Emergency Use Authorization; the vaccine that was approved by the FDA is not available. There's strength in numbers; time to fight for our freedom.

Your “freedom” does NOT give you the “right” to infect everyone else at work. Unvaccinated people carry a higher viral load when infected, making it easier to transmit and infect others. Many don’t have the WFH option, and there are pregnant women and people who care for ill/immune l-compromised family members who have to be around you. How about thinking about what’s best for ALL OF US, rather than just yourself? None of us WANT to be vaccinated, but we do it to reduce the likelihood of passing the infection to others.
Also, a state’s right to require vaccination has been settled law since a 1905 Supreme Court ruling that upheld compulsory smallpox vaccination in Massachusetts. Legal experts say that right has been upheld repeatedly, including in a 1990 Supreme Court decision that religiously motivated actions aren’t insulated from laws, unless a law singles out religion for disfavored treatment.

I can't see NG backing off mandates. After all, they were awarded a nice little year long contract by the CDC to implement (Data Lake). NG has supported CDC endeavors for years.

I work at L3 Harris they are mandating us too. We are beyond mad! We have to fight this. I wish lawyers would come to our aid and sue these companies. We the people!
