I don’t like how this company is changing. I’m not saying the company should stagnate and never change, but also, I don’t believe there are many who like the direction in which this company is changing?

GOOGLE DG, CEO salary. He is not worth the $36M... He is worth MUCH less! 4TH CHOICE CEO! Reorg strategy, boys club hires, strat comms SVP has to let everyone know their place. Worst communicator ever! What has this desperate woman done for company other than abuse and oppress everyone around her...including the CEO!
He is getting bad Comms advice by someone who has no clue except how to lead by aggressive over the top negative behavior.
I left 2 months ago and Ive never been happier! Out of that toxic, borderline racist, corrupt place where I "wasted" away over 10 years of my career (including sandisk).
Like I say it to others - When in doubt- Get the F*** OUT
Create a list of the pros and cons and break up this bad relationship.
Do not think too much, just leave.

What direction the company is taking and where you want it instead
CEO approval seems like all time low
while EVP/SVP actively having TH, AHM...wonder why the CEO is reluctant to face company employee in these meetings. Is he shy to face tough questions or he is business focus on external stuff that internal communication is waterfall to his deputies
but this is not normal for a leader.....it makes him looks chicken
