it is fun winning again though. Pay is huge and i'm closing deals all over the place. I guess companies only want to use products that work
One reason it sucks is that Teradata has one product with only one distribution channel and we are under constant attack by more innovative competitors. The CEO, ELT, and BOD have no vision on how to diversify. How would you feel if your investment portfolio had only one high risk stock? I’m leaving for a company that does not suck.
Stop taking this so serious. It’s just a job. You are working for a laggard, struggling company. You will find something much better. Get on with the rest of your career. Covid has actually opened up more geographic flexibility. Pick the top 5 companies you’d like to work for and pursue them.
