Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Outlets

What are these outlets in PR? According to this article, "On Sept. 29, Urban Edge reached an agreement with Sears’ and Kmart’s parent company, Transform Holdco LLC, to terminate its remaining leases at Sunrise Mall, Bruckner Commons in the Bronx and The Outlets of Montehiedra in Puerto Rico effective Oct. 15, according to Urban Edge’s SEC filing."

Does this affect any of the PR stores? Of course we already Knew about Bronx and Long Island.

Come on, tell us…don’t be bashful. Now that you are in the spot light you go mute? See if you can get your bride Kmart to give up some of her secrets, but she will only tell you. Don’t start your marriage out with a lie! She will never trust you with her most private of secrets. She holds so many secrets in the bosom of her loving family. Her stepdad Sears will also need to bless you two, he wants to give you his blessing, but you need to ask him!

Thanks for that, but bummer! I was hoping this would have been the Hato Rey mall so we could have bopped out both Sears and Kmart in 1 swoop. Bummer, again.

It is not either the Kmart or the Sears in Hato Rey, and it also is not the micro-Sears in Naranjito. It is this already closed Kmart store:

I don't know when it closed, but someone else here probably can provide that information.

Whatever it is, it doesn't look like any good news for the failed company.

Ya maybe, they'll bang out Nanjanito or however its spelled. But there are about 8 small formats in PR, not 1.

Nothing psycho about investigative journalism. That is what reporters do. Duh.

Isn’t there 1 small format Sears store in Naranjito? (Puerto Rico) Maybe this is the one potentially closing?
