Thread regarding Allscripts layoffs

What's the problem?

I don’t intend to do triple workloads for much longer. This company needs a lot of new people. It’s not clear to me why some positions remain unoccupied for so long after someone leaves.

What's the problem? People don't want to work here? Leadership thinks that for most of us this company is the only option so we will continue to work for several people?

Jump now. You will NOT be rewarded for loyalty! Been there.

Do the bare minimum required to keep your job. You already know that management isn’t “All In” on you or they wouldn’t be putting you in this position. You will only stress yourself out by caring more than those who pay you.

You have a triple workload when 2 people with your workload quit and you inherit their work. Managers say do whatever it takes to get it done.

How does one have a triple workload? You can only do what you can do from nine to five.
