I'm pretty sure this is true, but it doesn't hurt to check one more time. Are we certain the next round of layoffs will not happen before March 2022? And yes, I know it's sad that this is what I'm thinking about on Thanksgiving, but that's where I am mentally right now.

Agree , you are now with a company that this is the norm . You always will have to be ready for the next lay-off , save . Or move on .
No one that posts here knows for sure. All you can do is go by your own situation and determine what's best for your financial and mental health. If you are spending a lot of time worrying about losing your position you really should be exploring other opportunities outside Citrix, at least as a plan B if you enjoy what you are currently doing at Citrix.
