I recall when Eddie would provide a lame TG lunch event for the folks at corporate, a revolving door of exec's shaking hands with associates afterwards.... it was hard to tell the players without a score card. The food was fair at best and one time the cookies they gave out were on the stale side. This is when Alwyn Lewis was top man and after him Lou D'Ambrosio. Another reason for the ship going down- two CEO's that did not have retail experience or a clue how to improve the company. They both left after collecting generous golden parachutes. Remember when Alwyn had corporate folks working at the stores- we just got in the way of the store associates doing their work.
Don't buy any extended warranties either...........unless you only need it for a few more weeks.
Just don't use lay away, if you know what I mean.
