Are you also hearing more and more rumors that there could be RIFs by the end of the year? I hope that's not true. No need to worry in advance, but layoffs would totally bring me down during the holidays.

Why would they RIF people when they are offering non-V $5K to get the V and thus remain employed? If they were heavy, they wouldn’t be paying people to stay.
This organization is known to do annual RiF right before Holidays. There is no such thing as stability here. Don’t work yourself to death in attempts to meet unreachable goals or moving targets, just enough to get by and collect your paycheck.
Not rumor, a usual occurance. 2019 big RIF on 12/23 and week later one of those folks ki---d themselves. There is not such thing as job security at UHG.
